What types of services do you offer?
We provide a wide range of handyman services including painting, sheetrock repair, flooring repair, trim, windows, doors, cabinet repair, appliance installation, lawn care, gutter cleaning, tile work, and more. Both residential and commercial services are available.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Moon Repairs is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection. You can trust that all of our certifications and licenses are up-to-date to ensure high-quality service.
Is there a minimum charge for small jobs?
Yes, we have a minimum charge of 1 hour for all jobs, even if they are small repairs. This ensures we cover travel and time on-site.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Depending on current workload, we can either schedule your job quickly or may be booked out for a few days to a week. After-hours and emergency services are also available if needed.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours services?
Yes, we offer emergency repairs and after-hours services at a higher rate. This is perfect for urgent situations outside of regular business hours.
Do you provide materials, or should I purchase them?
We typically provide tools and basic materials for small jobs. For larger projects, we can source materials on your behalf, or you can choose to purchase your own materials. We’ll discuss the best option during the estimate process.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule and serve other clients.
